We work nationwide, bringing bold, high-energy artwork to life across retail spaces. Our team thrives on creativity, organization, and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping things on track, communicating with teams, and building systems that help creative projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track invoices, deposits, and payment follow-ups (QuickBooks)
- Send contracts and onboarding documents (SignWell)
- Coordinate schedules for mural projects, travel, and team logistics
- Communicate with clients to confirm timelines, project details, and expectations
- Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and SOPs
- Assist with onboarding new contractors (collect W9s, contact info, etc.)
- Help track project budgets, expenses, and receipts
- Support internal systems and help improve workflows over time

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver mindset with a proactive attitude
Preferred Experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Background in admin, operations, or project coordination
- Experience working with creative teams or small businesses
- Familiarity with Google Drive organization and workflow systems
Compensation & Details
- Starting hourly rate: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Flexible schedule (10–20 hours/week to start)
- Opportunity to grow into a larger operations role
- Occasional travel coordination (not required to travel)
