Abel Personnel is partnering with a respected Pennsylvania law firm seeking an Employment Attorney to join its collaborative team. This direct-hire role offers hybrid or remote flexibility , hands-on client interaction, and mentorship from experienced partners.

Responsibilities: Advise employers on FMLA, ADA, wage/hour, discrimination, and compliance issues; draft contracts and policies; represent clients in employment litigation; support trial prep and client training.

Requirements: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, PA bar license , and 2–4 years of employment/labor law experience .
