M&A Attorney
M&A Associate (4–7 Years) - Philadelphia or New York

This role offers early, meaningful client interaction and hands-on responsibility on sophisticated, high-value transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Work on complex M&A and private equity transactions for buyers, sellers, and advisors
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
- Play a central role on deal teams, managing diligence through closing
- Advise on both legal and commercial aspects of transactions
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of M&A experience at a major law firm
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage key aspects of transactions
- Collaborative, xrczosw team-oriented mindset
