Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager/Operations Manager oversees all hotel operations, staff management, and guest relations, serving as a brand ambassador. This role requires strategic leadership to foster a service-oriented culture, maximize operational efficiency, and maintain strong internal/external relationships. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring brand standards and regulations compliance. Benefits:
