See Yourself as a Title Services Vendor Representative The Title Services Vendor Representative works at the direction of the Title Services Vendor Manager of the Business Process Management Team and is responsible for the production management of RSS's vendors in ResWare. These responsibilities include the active management of vendor assigned work from order placement through delivery, vendor communications, and vendor billing. Additional responsibilities will include file reassignment, research of billing discrepancies, vendor invoice reconciliation, and other administrative functions assigned by the Title Services Vendor Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor vendor work queues to ensure timely delivery back to Radian within service level agreement (SLA).

Manage vendor communications, including issue resolution, order escalations, reassignments, and fee approvals.

Review vendor invoices and pay bills in ResWare, researching discrepancies and correcting erroneous payments

Review and reconcile vendors' monthly billing statements versus bills paid in ResWare

Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED

Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to work high order volumes with speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word);

Adaptable: adapts to new, different, or changing requirements

Attentive to detail. Ability to work independently.

Competitive Compensation:anticipatedbase hourly rate from $17.00 to $24.00 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
