Overview
Anthropologie seeks a digital marketing professional to develop and execute the Affiliate marketing activation strategy for Anthropologie Group brands, Anthropologie and BHLDN. This role is highly cross-functional where teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position's responsibilities.
You will collaborate closely with our agency parters, other digital channels leads, merchandising leads, PR, and Brand Marketing, as well as other relevant stakeholders to align the channel and business growth goals.
In this role collaboration and clear communication are key. It is critical that you are curious, a self-starter, and a willing teammate who takes pride in ownership of this important program. The ideal candidate has serious analytical skills and a strong work ethic with a drive to provide growth for the business. It's important to possess an eagerness to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to implement improved strategies for Anthropologie Group campaigns across the Affiliate Marketing Channel.
R esponsibilities
- Support Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Associate Manager in executing Affiliate Content, Loyalty, Deal, & Shopping Publisher strategy across Women's, Home, & Wedding divisions.
- Develop innovative strategies across publishers/publisher groupings to meet channel & business goals with focus on efficiency, new customers, demand, & sessions.
- Manage budgets (commissions, fees, placements, etc.) and make recommendations based on expectations.
- Own daily/weekly communication of business priorities & updates, promotional calendar & updates with agency partners and assist in development & execution of optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and other third-party partners communicating business priorities & updates, promotional calendar & updates, and negotiate strong partnership terms.
- Manage The Knot registry program & relationship, continually evaluating partnership terms and business impact.
- Affiliate Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly performance reporting
- Maintain & update Affiliate Monthly & Quarterly strategy sections of internal cross channel shared doc.
- Continually monitor and analyze channel performance, leveraging data to adjust strategies to reach business goals and core channel KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics teams & other digital marketing channel owners to identify areas of efficiency and improvement to drive effective growth
- Collaborate with merchandising, brand marketing, and creative teams on weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities, and translate into actionable marketing plans
- Proactively conduct research on industry trends, publisher opportunities, and incremental testing strategies to grow and diversify our Affiliate programs
- Manage Affiliate Coordinator's day to day responsibilities and mentor in career development
Qualifications
- 4 years' hands on experience in Affiliate marketing
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growth environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external partners to develop strategies that meet business goals
- Ability to analyze channel data and turn into actionable insights and recommendations
- Passion for digital, staying on top of the changing ecosystem including advertising formats, channels, and technologies
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude, purposeful, but ability to have fun, etc.
- An innate curiosity and ability to breakdown complex analyses into concise, straightforward recommendations and marketing initiatives
- A collaborative, ‘team-first' attitude and a leadership style that prioritizes career and personal development
Education Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
