Job Title: General Production Worker in Oakmont, PA

Job Description

We are currently hiring General Production Workers to join our team on all three shifts: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12pm, and 12pm-8am. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production assembly and general labor tasks.
• Work in a manufacturing or production environment, standing for long periods.
• Utilize power tools and perform repair tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of working in environments requiring extensive standing.
• Familiarity with production assembly, general labor, construction, and warehouse distribution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production or assembly work preferred.
• Experience in repair and using power tools is advantageous.
• No specific certifications required, but steel-toed boots/shoes are necessary.

Work Environment

Attendance is crucial, as missing work more than twice in the first 90 days could affect union eligibility. Steel-toed boots/shoes are required, but no additional personal protective equipment is necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35880.00 - $35984.00/yr.

Company matches 3%. Full medical for employee only. Dental and vision offered as well.
