F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) III - a true Universal Banker - at our Orbisonia Office. As an FSR III, one will be equipped to assist customers for their transactional, account, and personal lending needs. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. This individual will open consumer accounts and serve as a back up to open business accounts. Finally, this individual engages customers and prospects in loan conversations and takes loan applications, all while ensuring customers understand and sign all required application and closing documents and disclosures.

The pay rate for this position generally starts between $18 and $20 an hour.

This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package. Incentives paid out for referring a customer to a product they don't currently have with the bank.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Desire to excel in a sales and service environment
• Comfortable discussing finances with current and prospective customers
• Openness to training and development opportunities
• Communicates in a professional and courteous manner
• Supports and works well within a team environment
• Able to adapt to change and multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented
• Outgoing personality
• At least two (2) years of previous sales or retail service experience or demonstrated ability to perform responsibilities of FSR III.

The Team

• At the Orbisonia Office, the full team consists of a Community Office Manager, Financial Services Representative III and 1 other full-time FSR beyond this position.
