No insurance experience? No problem. We provide training for the right person.

What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative , you will:

Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage
Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly service
Support policy updates, billing questions, and basic account needs
Help customers understand their insurance options
Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with a small, team-oriented office

Licensing Requirements (We Help With This)
