WE’RE HIRING: BAKER / KITCHEN LEAD (FULL-TIME)

World’s End Coffee Co. — Lewisburg, PA

World’s End Coffee Co. is a design-forward, coffee-driven, growing café company with a serious commitment to quality, craft, and hospitality. Our Lewisburg location operates year-round with a commercial kitchen producing small-batch baked goods, house-made syrups, and a focused, intentional food program.

We’re looking for a Baker / Kitchen Lead to take ownership of that program—someone who wants to move beyond execution and step into a role with real creative influence, responsibility, and growth.

THE ROLE

This is not a plug-and-play kitchen job—and not a role where you’ll be buried in a brigade.

You’ll lead daily production and help shape what we make, how we make it, and where it goes next.

You will:

• Lead daily production of small-batch, scratch-made pastries and baked goods
• Develop and refine recipes, systems, and seasonal offerings
• Prepare house-made syrups and specialty components across the menu
• Execute and maintain par levels for a tight, high-quality food program
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen
• Support overall café flow (we’re a small, team-first operation)
• Serve as a cross-trained barista backup if/when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time availability (~40 hours/week), including early mornings and weekends
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
