Oracle Planning Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Planning Lead to support an Oracle EBS to Cloud transformation currently in the build and test phase. This role requires a strong functional leader who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, guide decision-making, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery through testing and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in an Oracle Cloud implementation (post-design phase)

• Gather and refine detailed business requirements and configure Oracle Cloud solutions accordingly

• Advise clients on planning tools, application capabilities, and solution options to support informed decision-making

• Liaise closely with offshore functional and technical teams on integrations, reports, and configurations

• Develop and execute unit test scripts and support multiple testing cycles (SIT, UAT)

• Conduct solution walkthroughs and demos with business stakeholders

• Support go-live activities and hypercare

• Own delivery outcomes with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of Supply Chain / ERP experience with 3+ end-to-end supply chain implementations

• Proven experience leading solution design and delivery in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud transformations

• Strong background in:

• Future-state L1-L3 process flows

• Supply Chain Planning architecture in hybrid/cloud environments

• RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) definition and execution

• Hands-on experience across Build, Test, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases

• Ability to communicate at a granular functional and technical level
