Maintenance Class A 

International Paper has an opening for an experienced maintenance technician at our manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This facility manufactures solid fiber products for local and national customers. Successful candidate must possess multi-trade skills in mechanical, electrical, programmable controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam systems, machine shop operations and welding. Must have the ability to trouble shoot and make necessary repairs. Candidates must have good mechanical aptitude, read electrical schematics, and strong problem solving skills. Experience with corrugating and converting equipment a plus. Qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience), a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field. Electrical background highly desirable. Must be willing to work, weekends and overtime as needed. The hiring process will include pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.
