Automotive Service Writer / Sales Manager
DDX Motors is growing and looking for a motivated Service Writer / Sales Manager to join our team.
If you’re passionate about trucks, performance vehicles, wheels & tires, and customer service, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growing automotive shop.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and manage the service check-in process
- Write repair orders and communicate vehicle needs to technicians
- Provide estimates for service, suspension, wheels, tires, and accessories
- Manage customer communication throughout the repair process
- Upsell upgrades like lift kits, wheels/tires, and accessories when appropriate
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow in the shop
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Help drive sales and ensure an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Automotive knowledge (trucks, suspension, wheels & tires is a big plus)
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Sales experience or ability to confidently recommend upgrades/services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team mentality
