This position is responsible for packaging plastic bottles as they come off the production line, ensuring products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. Located in New Castle, PA, this role offers a rotating schedule with both day and night shifts available.

• Package plastic bottles as they come off production machines.
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Count, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience.
• Experience working 12-hour shifts.

The role is situated in a manufacturing facility producing plastic packaging products. Employees are required to wear a hairnet, safety glasses, and ear plugs. The environment can be loud due to operating production machinery, and the fast-paced production setting requires standing for the majority of the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $17.25/hr.
