What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality GP medicine including wellness, internal medicine, urgent-care level cases, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery

• Build lasting client relationships and tailor care plans to each patient

• Collaborate on case management, diagnostics, and anesthetic plans with skilled RVTs

• Contribute to a positive, learning-oriented team environment

Equipment & Resources

Digital radiography, dental X-ray, in-house lab (Idexx), ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring, modern dental suite, paper-light EMR, access to trusted referral partners for specialty cases.

What’s On Offer

• Base salary: typically $125,000 to $185,000 plus production with no negative accrual

• Sign-on/relocation assistance available

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You have:

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university

• NAVLE

• ECFVG or PAVE if attended a non-AVMA-accredited university

• DEA, State, and USDA licenses (can be acquired when hired)

• Enjoy a mix of medicine, dentistry, and routine surgery

• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and teammates

• Are curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
