Are you a licensed mental health professional ready to do meaningful, team-based work in a supportive, mission-driven environment? Join Esperanza Health Center and help deliver whole-person care to underserved communities—integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
???? What You’ll DoProvide brief therapy, assessments, and crisis support in a primary care setting
Partner with medical providers on integrated treatment plans
Support patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more
Lead individual and group interventions
Connect patients to community resources and higher levels of care

No evenings, weekends, or on-call
