Position Overview

As a W-2 Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll be an integral part of our installation team, completing professionally scheduled projects using company-provided materials, systems, and support. You’ll represent Integrity Construction & Windows Inc. on every job site.

Responsibilities

• Complete acrylic bath remodels—often in as little as one day—following company installation standards

• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work

• Ensure each project meets quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards

• Maintain a professional, respectful presence in customers’ homes

• Protect customer property and keep job sites clean and organized

• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products

• Complete required paperwork and submit job photos

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home renovation

• Ability to read and take precise measurements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred

• Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, saws, etc.)

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
