We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data architects, analysts, and business teams to develop high-performance data pipelines, transformations, and integrations within the Snowflake platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions, including schemas, tables, views, and materialized views.

Build ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake features and external tools (Informatica, Matillion, Azure Data Factory, DBT, etc.).

Write high-performance SQL scripts, stored procedures, and transformations following Snowflake best practices.

Integrate Snowflake with multiple data sources using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Stages, and cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP).

Implement data ingestion, data modeling (3NF, Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling), and data quality validation.

Optimize data pipelines for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver business-ready datasets.

Troubleshoot Snowflake environment issues, performance bottlenecks, and query optimization.

Ensure security, access control, and governance using roles, RBAC, masking policies, and compliance best practices.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience as a Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer.

Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, warehouses, clustering, stages, pipes, streams, tasks, and Snowflake SQL.

Hands-on experience with one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing concepts, and big data technologies.

Proficiency in SQL programming, performance tuning, and query optimization.

Experience with integration tools (Informatica, Talend, Matillion, ADF, DBT, etc.).

Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.

Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Snowflake SnowPro Certification (Core or Advanced).

Experience with Python for data orchestration or automation.

Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.

Understanding of data governance, cataloging, and security policies
