THE BASICS

Pay : As an entry-level HVAC Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $15 - $30/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule : You'll enjoy a work-life-balanced schedule of 8 am - 4 or 5 pm, Monday - Friday, but opportunities for overtime are available.

Benefits : You'll also receive great benefits, including a 401(k), paid time off (PTO), a flexible schedule, and opportunities for overtime.

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN

As an entry-level HVAC Technician, you are a key player on our team. Each day, you inspect, repair, and fine-tune heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, and you do so with precision. You also keep close tabs on our inventory and supplies. As you progress in this dynamic, skilled trade, you embrace new skills, conquering refrigeration and hydronic work with confidence. Each service call becomes an opportunity to leave a lasting impression on our customers, who enjoy your friendly demeanor. You love making a positive difference while keeping our customers' HVAC systems running well!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN

Ask yourself: Can you manage time well and juggle multiple tasks? Are you an effective communicator? Do you have great customer service skills? Are you detail-oriented and hard-working? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position! We also require:

• Problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Employees must reside in the area or be willing to commute (Bethel Park, PA)
