Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect

Philadelphia, PA (6-month contract)

CTG is seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role driving solution architecture across call centers, demand fulfillment, and strategic programs.

What You'll Do:

• Translate business requirements into MVPs and actionable solution blueprints.

• Integrate data, analytics, and AI capabilities into end-to-end solutions.

• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to stakeholders and implementation teams.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with business objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong analytics and data architecture expertise.

• Experience with Databricks and AI/ML integration.

• Solution design for complex enterprise data and AI environments.

• Business engagement and customer-facing leadership.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• Proven track record as a solutions architect in enterprise settings.

• Experience delivering AI-driven, data-centric solutions across multiple business domains.

Education:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
