Our grooming books are completely full and we are looking for more professional, experienced groomers to add to our salons! We pride ourselves in having an enjoyable, calm atmosphere for our employees and the pets they groom! Keystone has a wonderful reputation in the community, with new clients calling us every day wanting to get on our schedule.
Some highlights to working at Keystone are: Clients can leave tips on CC, we are closed on Sundays and groomers are off 2 Saturdays a month, we have a consistent walk-in nail trim business giving extra earning potential, our groomers average booked percentage is 95%, our sales floor managers handle the phone calls and scheduling, one-on-one salon, our groomers are W-2, and we have a great grooming team!
