Were looking for a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding remote team. In this role, youll connect with warm leads, offer customized auto and home insurance solutions, and build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service.

• Base salary: $35,000-$45,000 based on experience
• Commission and incentive bonuses tied to realistic, rewarding sales goals

• Call and engage warm leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance, including auto and home policies
• Build and manage referral partnerships to expand lead sources
• Use CRM tools to organize, track, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Provide limited service support for existing clients to maintain relationships
• Maintain a solution-first mindset, always focused on the clients best interest

• Property and Casualty license required
• Prior sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable balancing assertive sales strategies with client-centered values
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM platforms and remote work tools
• Self-motivated, ethical, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most
