Ivy Park Post Acute is a 150-bed post-acute care facility located at 5609 5th Ave., Pittsburgh. Here, we believe our staff members are like plants. They need attention and effort to grow. Successful candidates will have the following:

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience working with dementia residents is encouraged
• Compassion for a vulnerable population is a must
• Comfortable with technology

Your schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 9-5pm

Wednesday 12:30-8:30pm

Every 3rd weekend works Saturday and Sunday 9-5pm (off the Thursday and Friday before)

Months that have 5 weekends will be split between staff

Your day to day:

You'll provide assistance in caring for our residents by creating and participating in fun activities that keep them happy and their minds sharp. You'll work under supervision of our Activities Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
