- Base Salary: $39,000 - $45,000 per year (based on experience)
- Additional Compensation Opportunities:

This is a full-time, in-office customer service role within a State Farm insurance agency located in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania. You will often serve as the first point of contact for customers who need assistance understanding their insurance coverage, making policy updates, or navigating questions about their protection. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to insurance policy questions
- Process policy endorsements, coverage changes, and account updates
- Assist customers with billing questions, renewals, and policy servicing requests
- Provide guidance on the insurance claims process and help customers understand next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using the agency CRM system
- Conduct coverage reviews to help customers better understand their protection
- Support customer retention by ensuring policies remain accurate and up to date
- Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional insurance needs when appropriate
- Coordinate with agency team members to ensure timely follow-up and customer support
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience with every interaction
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a professional office environment
- Professional phone presence and customer interaction skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or similar office software
- Ability to learn and use agency CRM systems
- Ability to work full-time in-office in Shrewsbury, PA
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment
- Experience in an insurance agency, financial services office, banking environment, or similar customer support role
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
