The Role

We are looking for a driven, mission-aligned healthcare sales professional to join our founding team as a part-time independent contractor. This role starts at 4 hours per week with a clear path to full-time based on performance. We don’t measure activity — we measure outcomes. Close deals, and your hours, compensation, and equity stake will grow accordingly.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting rate: $25/hour, 4 hours per week
• Commission paid on every closed contract
• Hours and hourly rate scale directly with results
• Path to full-time employment unlocked by customer conversions
• Equity available for the right candidate

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of physician groups, health systems, and ACOs from first contact to signed contract
• Lead outreach, discovery calls, and product demonstrations
• Clearly communicate the ROI of RTM and CCM reimbursement to clinical and administrative decision-makers
• Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to our onboarding and implementation team
• Provide market feedback to shape our go-to-market strategy

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing deals in healthcare — physician practices, hospitals, health systems, or ACOs
• Motivated by results and wants compensation to reflect them directly
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability in equal measure
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment
• Familiarity with CMS reimbursement programs (RTM, CCM, RPM) is a strong plus
• Passion for improving chronic care and health equity
