Executive Administrative Assistant

education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Manage calendars and schedule all meetings.
• Screen and manage email communications.
• Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including preparing meeting rooms, printing and organizing meeting materials, and coordinating catering and lunches.
• Coordinating travel plans and itineraries.
• Oversee workflow management and provide comprehensive administrative support.
