Position Summary:

As a Part Time Dedicated Administrative Clerk for Pyle you will be responsible for checking in drivers and supporting administrative operations at our Dedicated location in Folcroft, PA.

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM ; Monday through Friday

Pay rate: $22.00 per hour

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Checking in Drivers When they return
• Scanning delivery receipts into the system
• Processing electronic load tenders (deliveries and pickups) and pushing them to the planning system
• Regular interaction/coordination with customer
• Assisting Account Manager with administrative tasks, when needed

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment
