Job Summary:
Job Title: Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent
Location: Remote USA
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customers : Help individuals understand their coverage and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
- Full Lifecycle Customer Service and Sales : Handle inbound calls or make outbound follow-up calls to provide comprehensive support.
- Respond with Compassion : Address customer inquiries with active listening and select the best solutions efficiently.
- Identify and Upsell : Recognize additional needs customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.
Requirements
- Health Insurance License : Must have a current health insurance license in your state of residence.
- Sales Experience : At least six (6) months of sales experience.
- HIPAA Compliance : Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
- Customer Service Skills : Strong customer service orientation.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits:
