Finding and contacting suppliers to assist with acquiring pricing for bids/project material when necessary.
• Review drawings and specifications to become familiar with each project requirements
• Submittals
o Collect, review and submit submittals and submit to Customer
▪ Procore
▪ PSU Trimble (eBuilder)
▪ Email
o File electronically in appropriate project folder
o Maintain submittal log for each project
o Distribute reviewed submittals to supplier and track any actions required
• RFIs
o Submit in project electronic means

o File electronically in appropriate project folder
• Change Orders
o Prepare change order form for each project and each change order (header information on page 1 of PSU CO form, wage
rates on labor tab on PSU CO form).
o Maintain CO log for each project
• Drawings/Specs/Bulletins
o Maintain current drawings and specifications for each project – updating as bulletins are published.
▪ Sending drawings/specs to Jaru for printing
o For any bulletin that impacts scope establish change order folder
• PSU Trimble (eBuilder) project
o Submit/track/respond to all processes required for each prime contractor project (SOV, AHEC – after hours emergency contact, SSSP, CPA, PCO, PL, etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers for project materials as required
• 40 hours a week, flexible schedule
• Other office duties as assigned
• Salary based on experience
• Microsoft Office suite knowledge
