Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $28–$39/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians who can run calls, solve problems, and close work without handholding.

This is not an entry-level role. You’re expected to diagnose, communicate, and execute independently in the field.

Some techs run the call.

Stronger techs solve harder problems, move faster, communicate better, and raise the standard around them.

What You’ll Do:

• Run residential service calls independently — diagnose, repair, and close

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Make field decisions without constant direction

• Complete work cleanly, efficiently, and to code

• Maintain your truck, tools, and standards

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–6 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Ability to diagnose and repair systems without guesswork

• Clear, direct communication with customers and team members

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to operate independently and stay productive under pressure

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This is field work. Long days, ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, heavy equipment, and weather exposure are part of the job.

You’ll carry tools and materials, lift 50+ lbs, stay on your feet, and continue performing when conditions are hot, cold, wet, tight, or uncomfortable.

This role requires technicians who can stay productive, professional, and composed under pressure in real working conditions.
