As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Floor Patrol in Bristol, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while monitoring and patrolling a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while carrying out assigned duties.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, acting according to training and client protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel as required.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the site and post assignment.
• Observe and report any hazards or unusual conditions noticed during patrols to assist in maintaining a secure environment.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
