Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Systems Engineer III with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support and enhance identity governance and access provisioning. This role focuses on application onboarding, lifecycle event workflows, and HR-driven identity lifecycle automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent identity governance at scale, with a strong emphasis on integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and automating Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SailPoint connectors and integrations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Develop and maintain attribute mappings, transformations, and correlation logic for digital identities and entitlements.
• Engineer HR-driven provisioning to downstream directories and applications using JML events.
• Translate HR events into SailPoint lifecycle events, workflows, and policies.
• Define and enforce authoritative source logic, identity uniqueness rules, and account correlation rules.
• Participate in SAFe Agile delivery processes, including PI Planning and sprint-based development.
• Administer, monitor, and optimize the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
• Lead onboarding of applications to IIQ, including integration design and access modeling.
• Implement and tune provisioning connectors for various systems and applications.
• Create certification campaigns and policy controls to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of IAM engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
• Hands-on integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as an authoritative identity source.
• Proficiency in JML automation, correlation rules, and provisioning to AD/Azure AD and enterprise applications.
• Strong scripting and development skills in Java, BeanShell, Groovy, PowerShell, and/or Python.
• Experience working in SAFe/Scaled Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of directory services, SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, REST, and webhook/event patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity data pipelines, logs, API errors, and connector behavior.

Preferred:

• SailPoint certifications (Engineer, IdentityIQ/IdentityNow).
• Experience with HR-driven provisioning at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of SoD frameworks, GRC integrations, and audit/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CI/CD for IAM and environment promotion strategies.
• Familiarity with data platforms for monitoring and dashboarding identity KPIs.

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
