Davenport Fruit Farm in Meadville, PA is looking for one bartender to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 13124 Townline Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and able to multitask. Our servers make $7.25 an hour plus tips! We are open Thursday- Sunday and will train the right person. Come apply to a new and stylish bar. Our wines and hard ciders made here on site! The shifts we are looking to fill are Thursdays 1130-630pm, Fridays 3-1030pm, Saturdays 4-1030pm, & Sundays 1130-630pm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Fill ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu properly
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills during high volumes
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate is a plus
