Assembler Lead Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Support supervisors in meeting daily production goals and maintaining workflow efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead and assist hourly team members while promoting teamwork, productivity, and quality performance.
• Operate tools and equipment safely while following all company safety procedures and standards.
• Inspect and verify completed work to ensure products meet quality and production requirements.
• Use independent judgment to troubleshoot issues, support production needs, and assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

Assembler Lead Coordinator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide team members.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, equipment, and follow all safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and production standards.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
