This 11-week summer internship is designed for senior undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD students seeking exposure to a professional, corporate environment. The internship is project-based, with each intern assigned one clearly defined project aligned to the hosting department’s priorities.

The role emphasizes learning, skill development, and practical application of academic knowledge while contributing to meaningful work.

Project Scope:

The Marketing Intern will support the GVHD brand team on a focused, 11-week strategic project aimed at optimizing multichannel engagement and improving marketing efficiency across the GVHD portfolio. This role will work cross-functionally with brand, media, analytics, and sales partners to evaluate current engagement approaches and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance HCP impact across channels.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical brand marketing, multichannel strategy, and HCP engagement within a dynamic hematology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Assessing current omnichannel engagement strategies across rep, digital, CRM, and congress channels
• Mapping how different channels work together to support brand goals
• Identifying simple opportunities to improve consistency and impact
• Assisting in developing practical marketing recommendations
• Identifying opportunities to improve channel sequencing, coordination, and efficiency
• Delivering a final strategic presentation to marketing leadership

Final Deliverables May Include:

• A PowerPoint presentation summarizing findings and recommendations
• A simple Excel tracker or channel map to support the analysis

Minimum Requirements:

• Senior undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD student at time of internship
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of initiative and accountability

Conversion Opportunity :

• Interns who demonstrate strong performance, skill alignment, and cultural fit may be considered for full-time employment following the program, based on business needs and role availability.
