About the Role

ECM Energy Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, supporting accounts receivable processes, and maintaining proper recordkeeping for multiple customers.

What You’ll Do

· Review and verify Water Hauling and Traffic tickets for accuracy

· Enter ticket information into the billing system to generate electronic records

· Prepare and review daily spreadsheets to support A/R documentation

· Coordinate with the Billing Manager to create and process customer invoices

· Review internal and external reports to identify and correct billing errors

· Work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

· Communicate with field employees to ensure proper documentation per customer requirements

· Provide administrative support and serve as backup when the primary Administrator is unavailable

· Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

· Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

·3–5 years of accounting or billing experience

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environment

· Self-starter with strong follow-through

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work one-on-one with customers and team members

· Dependable attendance and reliability

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment. The role requires routine use of computers, copiers, scanners, and phones. Some light lifting (up to 25 lbs occasionally) may be required.
