Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to join our team of nationally recognized litigators in Philadelphia. Our associates have a hands-on role in interesting, complex litigation in a wide variety of substantive matters in state and federal courts, private arbitration, and before governmental agencies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to deepen their litigation skills as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. We invest in our associates through immersive training, practical experience, and dedicated mentorship to support long-term growth.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation; experience handling mass tort and insurance matters is a plus but not required;

• Ability to independently manage concurrent cases at various stages of litigation, including but not limited to pleadings, depositions, discovery, client communication, and court appearances;

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills and record of strong academic performance;

• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey or additional bar admissions a plus.
