Production Manager

Gerhart’s Landscaping is a rapidly growing company serving residential communities, commercial properties, and homeowners’ associations throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the professional growth of your team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities for landscape maintenance crews in the Hellertown / Bethlehem area
• Coordinate crew scheduling, job execution, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient service
• Monitor estimated versus actual hours and crew productivity to optimize performance
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Assist with training and development of crew leaders and team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned maintenance clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Perform routine property walkthroughs and provide recommendations for improvements
• Identify opportunities for enhancement work and landscape improvements
• Support and mentor crew leaders and field staff, fostering a positive culture focused on quality, safety, and teamwork
• Participate in safety meetings and field training sessions
• Manage job information and production tracking using Aspire or similar landscape management software
• Coordinate with the office team regarding scheduling and client communication
• Assist with job planning and operational reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in the landscape industry, preferably in a crew leader, supervisor, or production role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Experience with landscape maintenance operations
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with Aspire or similar landscape management software is a plus
