What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

• Supervise, train, and motivate your installation crew
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and tackle on-site challenges
• Keep lines of communication open with Project Managers and Sales

Master the Installation

• Read and interpret fence plans, layouts, and specs
• Oversee and perform installations of wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental metal fencing
• Perform final quality checks on materials and workmanship

o Report on any project changes or site conditions immediately to the Project Manager and/or Sales

Champion Safety & Compliance

• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
• Attend daily toolbox talks and safety briefs
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free worksite

Manage Materials & Equipment

• Inspect and report on tools and machinery
• Track inventory and minimize waste
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and organization of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness
• Inspect incoming materials for quality, completeness, and adherence to project specifications

Deliver Exceptional Service

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients
• Handle questions, concerns, and change requests with professionalism
• Represent ProLine Fence’s reputation for reliability and courtesy

What You Bring

• 2 + years of fence installation experience—crew-leading preferred
• Ability to read construction plans and layouts
• Mechanical aptitude with post drivers, augers, power tools, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
