Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and reliability while contributing to a people-first culture that values agility and innovation.

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue09:00 PM - 05:00 AMWed10:30 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Support daily operations by observing facility conditions, reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations, and following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
