Bartender
Cry Baby Pasta is looking for a charismatic, energetic bartender to join our team! We’re seeking someone who thrives behind the bar with strong energy, great hospitality instincts, and a genuine love for building relationships with our guests.
What we’re looking for:
High-energy, positive presence behind the bar
Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and especially amaro
Ability to balance speed, precision, and hospitality
A natural host who creates memorable guest experiences
Team player with strong communication skills
What you’ll do:
Craft cocktails, pour wine, and guide guests through our beverage program
Share your amaro knowledge and enthusiasm with our guests
Build lasting relationships with regulars and first-timers alike
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
Work closely with the FOH and BOH teams to create seamless service
