**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist client with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.- Support client with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.- Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Medication reminders- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.- Help with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.- Assist clients with grocery shopping and running errands if needed- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.

**Qualifications:**
