About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join a resident-first long-term care facility near Center Township, PA that’s embracing a new leadership vision and a renewed commitment to compassionate, quality care . This is an exciting opportunity to help reshape the dietary experience for residents while working with a forward-thinking, supportive team .
What You’ll Do
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor nutritional status and adjust plans based on clinical needs and preferences
- Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and menu standards
- Educate dietary staff and participate in interdisciplinary care meetings
- Play a key role in shaping a positive, person-centered dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Active or eligible for state licensure in Pennsylvania
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a resident-first approach
- Passion for making food and nutrition a source of comfort and health

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
