What You'll Do as a Class A CDL Driver:

• Haul logs, lumber, and related forestry products from logging sites to mills, storage yards, or distribution centers.
• Secure & balance loads using chains, straps, or binders in compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailers and load/unload using a knuckle boom.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records while following DOT and company policies.
• Report & perform basic maintenance checks such as fluids, tires, brakes, and lights.
• Follow all safety protocols in logging areas, including PPE use, safe driving, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with logging crews and the dispatcher to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Work full-time hours Monday through Friday, 10 – 12-hour days with paid overtime and travel kept within a two-hour radius.

Our Ideal Class A CDL Driver:

• Experienced: A Class A CDL license is required, and at least 1 year of driving experience is preferred.
