Chocolatier
The Production Assistant will help facilitate daily preparation, production and packaging of large and small volume chocolate items while ensuring proper technique and quality control. Working alongside the Production Manager and Chef Christopher Curtin, this position offers not only room for immersive and experiential learning, but growth, too. While not mandatory, this is a great position for someone with a background in restaurants seeking increased benefits and an abbreviated schedule which allows for work-life balance.

Job Qualifications (preferred):
- Working knowledge of tempering chocolate and working with a chocolate enrobing machine
- Proficiency working in the Pastry Arts but not limited to chocolates, confections, and individual/production pastries
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully
- Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day; able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds, push/ pull up to 50 pounds
