BrightFlag Recruiting is hiring full-time CDL-A SOLO drivers on a Dedicated Regional run based out of Tar Heel, NC and Arnold, PA.
This position offers consistent miles, steady pay, and weekly home time with a reliable schedule! Pay & Benefits- Average Weekly Gross: $1,265
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,479
- Average Annual Pay: $65,000
- Top Annual Pay: $76,000
- Average 2,200+ miles/week
- Mileage Pay

- 100% drop & hook - No-touch freight
- Dedicated Smithfield account
- Consistent, predictable freight
- No-touch, easy drop & hook operation
Lane runs between:
- Arnold, PA → Tar Heel, NC
- Arnold, PA → Northeast MD
- Return to Arnold, PA or North Carolina
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)
- Work week typically Sunday-Friday evening
- No set start time or fixed schedule
- Drivers may work up to 14 hours per day
- Light-weight sleeper trucks
- Well-maintained, top-of-the-line equipment
- Trucks cannot be taken home
- Must park at Tar Heel, NC or Arnold, PA and commute
