As a Real Estate Advisor & Team Builder, you will be a leader and mentor, responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties while also recruiting, training, and developing a team of successful agents. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and a mentor to your team, ensuring both client satisfaction and the growth of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through all aspects of a real estate transaction. Understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Team Building & Management: Actively recruit, interview, and onboard new real estate agents. Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to help your team members grow their businesses.
Property Showings and Listings: Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers. Prepare and present property listings, including high-quality photos and detailed descriptions, on various platforms.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood information. Conduct comparative market analyses (CMA) to help clients and your team members determine competitive pricing strategies.
Negotiation and Transaction Management: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure timely closings for your clients and team members' clients.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads for yourself and your team through networking, open houses, social media, and other marketing efforts.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties and your team's services. This may include creating flyers, social media campaigns, and virtual tours.
Compliance: Ensure all real estate activities are in compliance with local, state, and national laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
Qualifications:
Pennsylvania Real Estate License is required. All applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license or be in the process of obtaining one.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a track record of successful transactions.
Experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, as well as mentor others.
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. We offer a competitive commission split and provide training and support to help you and your team succeed.
