Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist is the point person for internal and external payment related inquires throughout our company.
• Entering daily deposit efficiently
• Credit card processing
• Credit card reconciliation
• ACH reconciliation
• Customer account billing and payment disputes
• Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment
• Support the Finance Team by investigating and resolving payment related inquires
• Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned
• Experience with foreign currencies is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable Role Preferred
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong in Excel or other spreadsheet software
• Ability to Multi Task
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Mathematical skills
• Experience working with NetSuite is a plus
• Desire to learn and grow within an organization
