Financial Analyst (Gettysburg)

New Financial Analyst Opportunity for a Rapidly Growing Company!

Our client is a growing vertically integrated agriculture and food production company. They are adding a Financial Analyst to support the Director of Accounting and Leadership Team in developing forecasting and variance monitoring to analyze the sales and financial performance.

Their operations span feed production, egg production, processing, and distribution, allowing them to manage quality and efficiency across the entire supply chain. As this company continues to grow with very large outside investors, they are expanding the finance team to strengthen analytics and financial visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with the finance, sales, and operation teams on planning forecasting, budgets, analysis and reporting
• Assist in analyzing monthly financial statements, sales analytics and other company data
• Participate in developing and tracking operational metrics related to financial performance
• Provide assessment of data to assist management in the overall improvement of operations
• Generate planned reports as well as ADHOC requests
• Develop and maintain confidential databases to monitor business performance, and provide managers with insights into risks and opportunities
• Improve fiscal health with thorough analyses of financial data: develop deep, actionable insights to drive business performance by monitoring variances and identifying trends
• Participate in the ERP implementation

Preferred Background:

• 3+ years of overall business experience, accounting and financial planning and analysis roles
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft excel skills
• Experience in trend analytics and financial forecasting
• Proven efficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
