Erwin Forrest Builders, a premier residential renovation & construction firm in the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a curious, proactive, and tech-savvy AI Business Process Optimization Specialist to work across teams, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement tools that make a real impact. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, creative thinking, and continuous improvement, and who wants to grow alongside a company intentionally evolving its systems as it continues to expand

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Center Valley, PA, with standard business hours. On-site presence is required initially for onboarding and team collaboration.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be the catalyst for smarter workflows, automations, and process improvements across the organization. Day to day, you’ll:

• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Build and implement automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, and more.
• Partner with department leads to ensure solutions are practical, adopted, and delivering results.
• Track and measure the impact of new tools and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Audit Buildertrend usage and create prioritized improvement plans.
• Document processes, create dashboards or reports, and communicate findings across teams.
• Present a 6-month technology roadmap and recommendations to leadership.
• Support general administrative and operational needs as projects evolve.

• Previous experience in process improvement, software systems, or automation is a plus.
